The price for this unit includes shipping (UK only). If you wish us to install this for you the charge will be at our typical labour rate. You can find the link to our current Labour rates at the bottom of this page.

Our engineers are happy to  run cables and cut out holes, however it must be noted that our engineers do not repair or redocorate any plaster, walls or ceilings that have been effected by our work. We recommend that a painter and decorator is organised to 'make good' after we have run cabling etc.

We are confident that you will love your new system, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason simply let us know. We will do our best to resolve any defective products as quickly as possible. All products have a two year warranty on them with some television products available to be registered for an extended period of 5 years (which includes the original 2). The details of the warranty are set out in the End User License and Warranty Agreement (EULA) provided with each product.

Returning non-faulty equipment may incur a re-stocking fee, usually around 15% of equipment value.

Drexler Hooke run a 1 year no fee* callout service on all new installations. This applies from the time the installation is complete for 1 full year. After that time callout fees are charged on an hourly basis. Our standard rate for callouts is £100 per hour or £500 for a six hours. VAT will be added to both amounts at the prevailing rate.

All equipment supplied by us comes with a minimum 2-year warranty. Many products, however, come with much longer warranties, e.g. some speakers are covered by a 15-year or lifetime warranty. We also run a 5 year 'Workmanship' warranty, which covers the physical element of the installation, for example;

• Cable Termination
• TV or Projector Bracket installation

 *No callout fee will be charged if the fault of the problem is due to product failure or incorrect installation work. This does not include damage caused by the client or third parties and Drexler Hooke reserve the right to charge (at the standard rate) for the time it takes to rectify reported issues.
