Our client was moving their office to something a lot larger and more modern to reflect the growth that the company had experienced. Already on the ‘Teams’ platform for their communications this gave our designers the ability to recommend a direction that would complement systems already in place.

We recommended the Crestron UC video conferencing hardware that has ‘teams’ embedded. Upon acceptance we set out to create drawings for every conferencing suite and office spaces. Totalling at nine stand alone suites and a further seven executive offices all fitted out with video conferencing capabilities.

Within the stand-alone suites was an auditorium and a corporate broadcast area. The auditorium consisted of a podium for presenting and a projector-based system to display said presentation. Again, this was all wrapped up into the ‘Teams’ format allowing presentations to be broadcast.

We also fitted screens in the open office plan with a video distribution system to distribute corporate videos and statistics. Perhaps the most challenging area was the reception booking screens. Two wall mounted 65” touchscreens allowed visitors or staff to lookup in real time what meeting rooms their meeting was in or to find out what meetings rooms were available.
